As your baby grows it learns fantastic new ways to become independent. Your baby will show it’s wonderful little personality, from lifting her head, to sitting upright on his own for the first time. Every moment is special and precious and so it’s only natural that parents’ want to capture these glorious moments. We capture all babies at all different stages but our sitter and 1st birthday photo shoots are the most popular.

Sitter Session

Our sitter sessions are approx 45 minutes and are perfect for when your baby can sit confidently on their own unaided, a sitter session gives you a fantastic opportunity to capture your baby’s progression from their newborn shoot.

Babies normally reach this stage at about 6 to 7 months old, when your baby will also be full of friendly smiles, may possibly be crawling and maybe even standing up unaided.

We can include parents, grandparents and siblings too in some of the photographs. Grandparents love photographs with their grandchildren so perfect opportunity for them to join in.

Our sitter sessions are included complimentary with any of our Newborn Packages and we include one mounted 8 x 6 print of your favorite image.

1st Birthday Portrait Shoot

Our 1st Birthday Portrait Shoots have been designed for those mams that don’t want their Baby’s to have a cake smash shoot.

This shoot is approximately 45 minutes and we have a whole range of props that we can use during your Baby’s 1st Birthday Milestone including free standing number 1, building blocks spelling out “One”, free standing letters spelling out “one”, red & blue wooden prop car with the number 1 on the car, we can add banner & balloons.

We include a gift wrapped present for your baby that we capture opening their present that is there’s to keep and take home.

If your Baby’s shoot is after their birthday then we encourage you to bring along a selection of their birthday cards which makes a great unique image of your baby baby with their 1st Birthday “birthday cards”.

And finally there’s our popular toy box, where we sit your baby in our wooden suitcase and surround them with soft toy teddy’s, animals, and a couple of wooden toys to fill up the floor, we have enough soft toys to fill up our toy box but if you have soft toys you wish to include then we are more than happy to swap some out, we also have banners and balloons that we can use.

1st Birthday Cake Smash

This shoot is approximately 90 minutes and similar to our 1st Birthday Shoots. We use a range of our props but not too many as we don’t want your little one to lose interest and then not want to smash up their cake. We still use the free standing number one, free standing letters spelling out “one” red & blue wooden prop car with the number 1 on the car, we then add a banner & balloons, and then your cake.

We still include a gift wrapped present for your baby. We capture them opening their present that is theirs to keep and take home.

After the cake smash we can add a tin bath and some ducks.
